Coaches Comments
Ed is an example of what I call a "playmaker." On countless occasions throughout Ed's career, he was able to make big plays. For the past two seasons Ed has returned punts, made great catches, and played excellent defense from his defensive back position. During most games, Ed was assigned to the toughest receiver from the other team and did an outstanding job of defending that particular person. For that reason, I am confident that Ed will continue in life making great choices and proving himself as an outstanding person. I hope you athletes today can take from you the sense of being a playmaker because in the game of football, big plays are what makes the difference between winning and losing.
