Coaches Comments
Jon is what I consider the true definition of a "scout team hero." Week in and week out, Jon played every single play on the scout team and dedicated himself to being a part of the team. For this reason, Jon was given the honor of being game captain on two different occasions. What Jon did each week was not easy. Quite often, Jon found himself going against our best offensive and defensive linemen two or three times each week. This isn't and easy task, but Jon never gave up and always showed a great attitude. In fact, on many occasions we found Jon even wanting to tackle his own teammates. Jon, we appreciate all that you did for Wellsboro Football. You attitude is second to none, and I hope you continue to have a good attitude with a good ethic throughout life. Good luck!
