Summer Information

Summer is going to be here before you know it and football season is right around the corner. The coaching staff is looking forward to another exciting year of Hornet Football and has been meeting regularly to be prepared for the upcoming 2007 football season.
This summer we are planning to meet Monday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. at the High School Stadium Field to have plyometrics, drills, and position clinics. During these Monday practices, it is important for everyone to attend to learn offensive and defensive changes, as well as get in shape for the season. Don't wait until the Lycoming Team Camp to get in shape. Remember, it can get very, very hot!
Remember, every day you aren't working to make yourself better, someone else is!
